Nathan,
Thanks for looking. I suppose everybody has to make do the best they can
with the hand they have been dealt - the industrial pollution is  the trade
off for higher living standards, after all. Let us not forget as well that
a fair part of the pollution is a direct consequence of the US consumer's
insatiable thirst for cheap goods...and as such can be seen as an export
from rich countries to poor ones, where life is cheap...
