I'm using Bayphoto and have used Aspen Creek Photo online printing labs. 
These, of course, do not allow me to do my own printing as you want to Paul. 

I've also mounted my prints on Dibond, but I don't think that would provide 
any protection to the print surface: it just provides a very flat mounting 
surface for large prints. 

I also have a couple of acrylic mounted prints. They may do well outside, 
but are very heavy and put a surface in front of your print which you don't 
want.  

That's about all I know. Not much help to you I'm afraid...
