Hi John,
The one thing that makes this photograph work as well as it does is quite
simple!

The reflection showing the full circle of the nearest rack to you! Quite
often we see something like this but due to wrong lens or not enough room to
back-up and complete the full circle? We end up with a half-assed throw away
photo simply because the "circle isn't complete." Reflection or otherwise!

But in your case completing the "circle reflection" even though you got
soaked! :-( It illustrates a photographer with attitude!!! As in..... " DAMN
the RAIN, FULL EXPOSURE AHEAD!" ;-)
