Giving them some time off away from you. To be able to see them later. And make it so you're almost seeing them for the first time. I call it regaining my perspective. Its always what I'm striving for with my work so I can better determine its true value. Shots I'd done the day before all look the same. Pretty Good. I think some of this also applies to printing. You have to see them later to know which ones are the ones you want to show people. I just finished pissing off a client because I couldn't make editing decisions until a few days later.
