Subject: [Leica] IMGs: The Stanley Hotel, birthplace of Stephen King's 'The Shining'

Jim, the hotel is in Estes Park,  3 miles from the east entrance. I was 
disappointed we did not travel the winding road shown in the opening seconds 
from the movie. That is actually Going to the Sun Road in Glacier National 
Park. The really on the outskirts of town. Not isolated at all, although the 
main road through the park was still closed because of winter snow.
