I also tried on my iPhone by sending the link to my iPhone's Gmail address and got the same message... This webpage is not available ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED is what I'm getting for it, but I then switched the iPhone's wifi off and used 3G and got straight through to your new site. So, a phone call to my provider for an explanation is called for. Funnily enough, I can also see any other page on the web here, so...
