Not a shortwave listener *since* my teenage years, but clear memories still. 
I have the BC-221 around here somewhere.

Amusing footnote:  I've been a shortwave listener and amateur radio
operator since my early teen years. So I always have a clock set to GMT (or
UTC, if you prefer) in the house.
