?Often they are worthwhile comments, and better still is the "Like" button.

I look at most every image posted on the LUG, but I sometimes just Like it;
I don't have a worthwhile comment, so I don't.

USUALLY, the comments to go severely off topic on FB, like they do on the
LUG.

(Like the time I posted what I thought was a terrific wide angle shot of
cruise ships in port, and the endless comments I got were how much people
hated cruises.)
