Thanks for the reminder about Gruyaert, Jayanand. Someone showed me one of 
his to me a few years ago and I meant to get it, but with braincells like 
dandruff it was forgotten. I've just booked it in the library online, and 
it'll be ready for collection shortly. Is it a reprint that you got, as the 
library catalogue has it as 2015??
