Looks like he forgot to comb his head that morning.  Got that old time 
Alfalfa look going from Our Gang.

Great shots.  Worth the effort of lugging the lens around.

Hi Luggers,
I hauled the Nikon D4 and the 80 - 400 VR zoom plus 1.4 extender all the way 
to Hong Kong and then on to Tokyo to capture Alaskan wild life on the sail 
home. Getting off and on airplanes with the big Tamrac bag wasn?t so much 
fun but once on the ship it was easier.

Here are two shots taken with the above equipment of Eagles in the harbour 
at Seward Alaska:
