Richard,

In past years I think the order was by when they sent in the photos.

As far as I am concerned, it is your project this year and you should order
the photos the way you want to.  If you want to mix them then great do it.
If it makes the photos larger on the page, then that is good for everyone.
 if someone has to look for their photos over several pages, Big Whoop!  I
will not be crying, foul or otherwise.  *Again It is Your Project this
year, and you need to do it the way you want.*  *If someone does not like
it, then they can volunteer to do it next year.*

All I care is that I've got my 2 photos in it again this year.  If I have
to look through the whole book to find them, It won't break my heart one
tiny bit.  Do It Your Way!
