Before she left, she unwrapped her shawl and pulled out a skeletal baby. The woman had found the baby abandoned in a corn field and she delusionally thought she was breast-feeding the baby. We arranged for the baby to be taken to the nearest hospital where she stayed for several months. She was adopted by Faviana, the girl in the middle of the photo.
