Years ago before I developed a bit of brains???????? I shot something along the same roadway as this. However in my gung-ho way of taking a "powerful composition???" yeah right?????????? I lay down in the middle of the road camera on road in middle of yellow stripe! I hadn't seen any traffic for hours and composition was wonderful stopped down to f22.sharp from the tip of my nose to infinity. My car parked slightly off road, lights flashing! I'm lying there looking through camera when an Ontario Provincial Police officer in his cruiser came to a screeching stop before I could move! OOPS!!!! Bad scene! I do think if photographers were fall hunting game? I may not be here today!!!!! :-) OH DEAR ME HE WAS NOT A "HAPPY CAMPER!" To put it mildly!! :-( :-( He gave me the worst tongue lashing in words I think I've ever had! Boy was he mad. Then he saw my Leica and asked about it? Seems he was also an amateur photog and changed the road rage attitude to a curious amateur and what was it like working as a professional with Leica cameras? Some times you can be so "LUCKY!" At that moment, I figured my THOUGHTS of getting a ticket for my stupidity of lying on the road without anyone as a safety look out disappeared. Anyway we exchanged business cards, he went on his way, And I mine!
