PESO:

This next series was a lot of fun. After we met Hossein at the mosque, he
took us back to the Grand Bazaar and showed us a restaurant:

He said, "This is a tourist restaurant but I'm not the kind of guide who
would take you to a tourist restaurant. I have a special place for lunch."
He took us to a working man's cafe deep in the middle of the bazaar. It
had two shared tables and was very crowded (I was the only woman there).
The menu had about 4 items but Hossein said the only thing we should get
was dizi - the lamb and bean stew with pickles, bread and tea. It was very
good but the company was even better. I took about 150 photos here and it
was hard to edit them down!

and next 17.

Our lunch was less than $5 for the three of us.

C&C greatly appreciated.

Tina
