Interesting, Nathan, and the Polish army around that time had a hugely 
complex history. The other picture in the gallery of your father has him 
standing to attention in Polish army uniform against a rising sun background 
in a studio. Considering the rising sun was the symbol of one of the Allies' 
enemies, was there a back story here?
