OTT I didn't like the cheese before I visited the caves back in the late 
80's. And I'm now a convicted addict to it. Best served with cooled 
Gerwurztraminer if I may share a tip.


A technical remark on the site: the landscape views come up full screen 
here. But I have to scroll down to get a complete view of the portraits, 
which spoils the pleasure a bit.
