Thanks, Douglas.  I don't think so.  John's Island is an island and there
would be nowhere for a train to go.  They do have a lot of truck farms on
the island growing all kinds of vegetables but Tim and Jess' property has a
good bit of swampy land except for the high part where the horse pastures
are.
