J Over the weekend my son will take me to the main shopping mall where I shall purchase "A PHONE!" that I have been informed will allow me to make "STUNNING EXPOSURES" of my Great Grand daughter and whatever else I'm intrigued with? I shall once again learn to master the art of posting photos as dear friend Bob Adler supplied explicit instructions! Hopefully I can put all the directions together successfully to illustrate I haven't lost my ability to find interesting photo moments with a "DAMN TELEPHONE!" J . So before I die shortly I will learn how to master an iphone and capture interesting photo moments as I did with my magnificent LEICA'S! Jeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeessssssssssssssshhhhhhhh! My wife and children have 6s, which is why I can opine on their image quality. But either way, I find the phone handy for when I want to take a picture and throw it on Facebook right away, like when I am out cycling?this is just as much about letting the family know where I am than about the photo. For that, the iPhone is brilliant. I would hate to rely on it for all my photography. However, when we get together with friends for parties, etc., I am the only one with a real camera. Everyone else is using their phones. And I am talking about people over 50 here. For folks who are not into photography as such, the smartphone has long ago replaced the camera as the picture-taking tool.
