Subject: [Leica] Nathan's PAD 5/9/2016: books, 800 years apart, or another rainy morning in Oxford

I played hookey from my conference for a couple hours yesterday morning.

The weather was not great, to put it mildly:

But I had places to visit, both connected with books. Starting with the 
magnificent Bodleian Library where one can look at a copy of Magna Carta, 
made within a few years of its initial promulgation in 1215:

And just across the street is the original Blackwells bookshop, founded in 
1879 and simply awesome. I bought 6 books, limited more by the fact that I 
was flying home that evening than by monetary considerations:
