Firefox (here in Germany) refuses to connect to it - 
the following screen appears:

*Your connection is not secure**
**
**The owner of forum.on.photography has configured 
their web site improperly. To protect your information 
from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this 
web site.*

Hope this helps you to find out if something is amiss.
