In fact I was looking at buying a property in Ballybunion when you had your troubles, but shelved the idea because it was just too difficult to manage efficiently from India, even with agents. I will let you know about the dates in the middle of December, by which time I will know when my last eye operation (hopefully) will be scheduled, and by which time I would be free to travel. I would presume June/July would be the best time, and if I make it, my golfing younger son would tag along as well.
