Don?t forget that an always on NAS is a good place for incremental backups
for your PC/Mac. Whether the network storage is called a NAS, a Time
Capsule, Drobo or a network drive is just nomenclature.
So even when you don?t want/need to share data between computers of various
sorts, network storage can save your butt when your computer crashes hard.
Been there, done that several times. Encrypt the backup if you don?t trust
your residential network or your residential partners.
