yes, aghast, my friends and family in France were real and true, they were 
sad and sorry that we were trapped in that morass. After 9  11,  two days 
after the airports reopened, the plane was 2/3 empty??. Now I can?t imagine. 
but perhaps they are too busy worrying about their own future, for they they 
may well go through the same nightmare. Mes amis, attention!  It may take 
generations to recover from this, possibly longer for those who supported 
this odd attempt to gain equality.
