Good little slrs, and the excellent Takumar glass, used a few in the
Navy late 60s.

sounds a bit like my story, was in Cannes,   went to Zurich to buy a pentax 
Spotmatic, Asahi,   still have it and a Pentax lens a 50mm f 1.4, which I 
have and it works fine.
