Hi Ric,
Well certainly the "gold glittering" ocean as we see here I don't see nor
feel it's about the air? 
This is an eye-popper shimmering in your face water photo with solid image
shimmer!
I felt "BANG RIGHT IN THE VIEWERS FACE!"
Well seen and well shot!
