Subject: [Leica] UPDATE Re: 280/4 APO repair

In business - one is reminded " you are only as good as the last time the
customer used you "
The second reminder - " you cannot take the customer for granted "

It's a shame and a serious let down by the house of Leica - but then do they
really care?

Just only this week - we see a newly created M 50/1.1 retailing for less
than $400 - and that's only
the beginning

My 2 cents

The lesson I learned from this is that unless there's a dramatic improvement
in Leica's service they'll never see another cent from me.

Lesson learned. If DAG or Sherry can fix it, send it to them instead of
Leica. Glad you are getting it back and it will be attached to your
camera soon to take the photos that only you can <<<
