Now that Christmas is nearing, how about a cookery book for someone?  
Written by my soon to be wife with most photographs by myself (S2-P with 
70mm or 120mm macro, or M(240) with R60mm macro).

A B4 sized hardback with 564 pages of recipes and techniques, very useful 
reference book.
