Subject: [Leica] Batteries and Airports

The issue with Lithium batteries.... is that the batteries can, sometimes, 
under certain conditions, get hot and eventually start a fire.  They do not 
want this happening in the cargo hold.....  Onboard, the fire could be put 
out.....

Some places where there are Li batteries include your camera, cell phone ( 
Hello Samsung), your digital watch, etc.

Can you imagine the grief if the airlines made you fly with no cameras, cell 
phone, watch, etc.  ???????
