Yes, it is, Sonny.
I'm up to my tits at the moment and am only skimming through images, but 
curiosity drove me into the arms of Google streetview before I posted, 
and, because there was an oddity to the place on that, I mentioned the 
reshoot as I love images that contrast the old with the new.? Seeing 
Jim's later comment that the date numbers have been moved from one 
building to the next, I realised the cause of the strangeness in the 
image is that the fronts on some of the buildings have also been lowered 
- in addition to the date relocation. Don't know why they did that, but 
the place looks better in Jim's 1952 image. In photography the power of 
the fourth dimension - time - is amazing.

Any further backstory on that, Jim?
