Hi BD,
    I shot several years with a pair of M5?s and my solution was to get a
general idea of cover age with the 21 finder, then switch to the
rangefinder window to focus and shoot.  Obviously you seldom need to fine
focus with a 21, but it did prevent surprises to check focus.   I also had
an MDa that I used for my 21 and cv15.   That worked good, but you couldn?t
close focus.
