Hi Mark, may I suggest you contact Bora Kayali at KEH.  He handles the odd
items that flow through their system including brochures and sales
materials.  If memory serves his email is bkayali at keh.com.

When I last talked to him he was reluctantly clearing out file cabinets of
materials.  Similar to what Zeiss did when they closed out camera
production.
