Subject: [Leica] Fort Wayne's Last Sears Store is Closing

I visited the US for the first time in the summer of 1978 and lived there 
from 1979 to 1980 and again from 1983 to 1995. So I remember when Sears was 
a store worth visiting. But already in the 90s (in New Jersey in this case) 
it was clear that this was a company searching for its identity. And when I 
have been inside Sears stores in recent years (when visiting the US), it was 
clear that this was a dying company. Not so much a sign of the times, more a 
sign of poor management I think.
