Thanks, Nathan.  I am a little more than half-way through with the editing!

We visited some middle-class families - college professors - but I'm sure
there is a super-wealthy upper-class, too, just like in the other
developing countries I've visited.  I don't know whether it's because they
live so close to the land and rivers or not, but the poor people of
Bangladesh are the happiest poor people I've ever been around.
