[Leica] RIP Ken Hansen

Those of you who have bought from, interacted with and learned from
longtime Leica dealer in NYC Ken Hansen will be saddened to learn of his
death. He had a long history with Leica as well as other quality gear and
when he had a shop it was well known as a source of specialized equipment
for professionals with a job to do as well as a place to listen and learn
for amateurs like me.  In more recent years he operated out of his
apartment which was described as a sort of Aladdin's Cave of Leica gear; I
was lucky enough to be invited in and it truly was.
