My second trip with my new knee took me to Harstine Island to visit some
friends. We attended the Saturday Market and bought some nice fresh
vegetables.

Then we went to a gathering with them, and my friend, Wally, was the wine
server.

On the way back we camped at a place called La Wis Wis near Mt. Rainier. I
was able to take my first "off road" hike up to Purcell Falls, even if it is
only about 1/4 mile in then back out. It was a bit scary on the uneven
ground with rocks and roots and a steep incline, but I made it. Wanted to
do more, like the 3 mile Naches Peak Loop, but just headed home.

Planning the next excursion.

Comment welcome.
