Subject: [Leica] Road Closed When Wet

The sign is not meant to protect the occasional driver - his own sh? if he 
dares . 
Rather, water turns the sublayer of the road into a semi-fluid and the 
foundations are ruined if you drive on the road.
So for me the sign aims at saving taxpayer?s money and certainly not 
drivers? troubles.
