LUGs,

I had the opportunity to try the 2x APO extender between an R8 
and the current 80-200/4.  Mounted by the camera body baseplate 
to the tripod head, the whole kit seemed a bit front heavy.

Has anyone found an aftermarket tripod collar suitable for this lens?
