A Platinum print is made in your backyard on a clear sunny day.
I think they go for a bit more than Silver Gelatin prints.
And no one would not call either "photographs."
A case could be made that you need to be specific and the term
"photograph" is basically meaningless.
Print making is a wide and varied field.
