Tom...

Pros:
- - Good eye contact and light.
- - Good height, in relation to the subject.

Cons:
- - I would have moved closer to the subject to cut out some of the busy foreground
and to throw the background out of focus a little more.
- - Would have moved a little more to the left so the trees would not be a
distraction in the image.
- - I would have either cropped the edge of the left column out completely, or
corrected the perspective in Photoshop.
- - The hair of the girl in white is a distraction to me, but may not be for
others.  I keep wanting to brush it away from her face.

Most of the cons you could fix with this exact image by just cropping it tightly
on them.  Hope that helps.
