I had read your previous letter http://mejac.palo-alto.ca.us/leica-users/v23/msg10110.html talking about people, non-pro, sending family pictures and that the words child, Kids and family, son, etc should be dissapeare. That was the reason why I sent the picture of my son (to enhance the discussion). I know that is not a perfect portrait but I think it is not a very bad one. Then I misundertood your words: "To me THAT shot is not only NOT art. It DOESN'T WANT to be art. It's a family snapshot. A 4x6 taken out of a pile of 4x6's of ones family. I don't know those kids. I don't love them. I'm not in their family. Why am i looking at that picture?" PLEASE EXCUSE ME! I have learn a lot from your knowledge in other forums like Hasseblad but as Dante said me: "the red hot blooded temperament of a Spanish matador" has made I was wrong.
