If I were you, I'd try contacting paypal to see if you can get the money
back through them.

In the future, I'd recommend sticking with B&H or Adorama.  Never had a
serious problem with either.  They're the cheapest of the reputable dealers.
If you find somebody who has a price for less, run away.
