I'm waiting for AE since I used the CLE. In my opinion Leica is far too late (but better late then never). The M7 is as well build as any other M and will serve you, your children and probably also your grandchildren (if film is still being made by then). The MP is very nice but is of course lacking the AE. I see it more as a marketing gimmick, like the new 0-series.
