There is also a cultural aspect concerning this matter between Asia and Europe/USA, as our much respected LUG member Joseph Yao has explained us. But I'm thinking european (or american) too. That's the same like with cars. I leave it to others to have the inevitable 33% depreciation once they leave a shop with their new buy.
