I picked up for new years eve eve a chicken and some rye flour.
Bob's rye flour, dark, organic that is.

"Dark Rye Flour is 100% stone ground from organic U.S. #1 dark, plump rye
berries."

One cup flour, a little baking powder AND soda. An egg. Cup of buttermilk.
Teflon frying pan bought at corner supermarket.
Budder.
Maypo syrup.


Such deliciousness can not be put in words.

Tomorrow the chicken. Tonight it was pancakes for dinner.
Rye pancakes. Hold the mayo.
I recommend them.



I think I'll make rye shake and bake.
