Sexton's prints sometimes have no "life" to them as they tend to be pretty technical in nature..... But not sharp? Nope. Sharper than the proverbial snot. Ditto Adams, unless you are looking at early works.... The same can be said for A. Adams images, of which I've seen over a couple dozen. They are more interested in tonality, a remnant from the early days of uncoated lenses, graded papers, and scratch mixed chemistry. A lowly Irving Penn print from 2? can blow theirs out the water without any effort. s.d.
