I really enjoyed last weekend and the prints have a very nice "ring" to them. I still resist fibre in general, but I agree they do have a lovely sheen. We just bought a house here in Adelaide with a spare room behind the garage, currently slated to become the darkroom. It has a rainwater tank too, so I won't be wasting appalling amounts of water on washing (wash water will be collected and re-used on the garden). Much of Southern Australia is currently very, very dry, despite floods in the North-East. I agree with comments on the quality, art and general object-worship that a good fibre-base print engenders.
