I've seen very little about hotspots on IR film, but I guess it does happen. Oh well. Time to look for a 39mm IR filter - I'll just shoot with the CV 28/3.5, which had better NOT have a hotspot :) Not that it's that interesting to most since they no long make HIE, but I'll going to run a test soon with the lenses I have to see which leave a hotspot on film, at what apertures. I'll also try to get a handle on the focus shift...
