you are projecting George, perhaps too much into his own personal
reasons

I agree totally...but having that tool, or some other tool doesn't de
facto make it harder, or easier to capture what he wishes...
my hunch is that if anything, it may make it sometimes easier...
why wait for the bird to come to you.... that's a cute argument, but
why does it give you a better photo...?
but honestly George I admit, you're the artist, I'm the
scientist...and I'm feeling way out of my element here...
