However a few months afterwards it exploded and caught fire. Causing four million euros in property damage. This was all caught on tape by 4 security cameras.(it happened inside a gallery) Litigation is still going on. apparently some models have overheating problems. More then a year ago some friends and myself started a new airline, amsterdam airlines and had to select rugged computers for inflight use. I the end we picked Lenovo X 61's (grid's were to expensive) tablet computers. They have been in use now for over a year are thrown around a lot while in use and have not disappointed us. I use it for my canin's as well ; both in studio using liveview and on for back up and processing and the like it suits me fine. While the screen is nowhere near as nice as the apples,I think that it can't be beat for heavy use. just my two cents, best simon On Tue, Nov 10, 2009 at 7:07 AM, Mark Rabiner <mark op rabinergroup.com> wrote: > > Hi Tina, > > everybody is trying to get you to do more than you asked in your > > original post! > > Leica group or what! > > If you have decided that your little netbook is all you need for > > travelling I would recommend an iMac for your office.
