Subject: [Leica] M9 reviewers drawn from the "unwashed masses"

George,

My first "hack" job was a wooden "focaslide" that I carved and fit to the 
back of a 5x7 view camera, so that I could use a variety of old lenses in 
front of my Leica IIIa body.  I recall shooting an eclipse that way, around 
1954.  Many other arrangements have come and gone over the years.
